By using ESCRYPTO in any way, including making purchases, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING PRIVACY POLICY.
IF AT ANY TIME YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE PRIVACY POLICY, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO IMMEDIATELY CEASE ANY USE OF THE ESCRYPTO SERVICE.
By using ESCRYPTO you hereby declare you will not have any claim against ESCRYPTO, the site, the owners of the site, its directors and officers, agents or anyone acting on their behalf, EXCEPT FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO BREACH OF ESCRYPTO's EXPRESS WARRANTIES UNDER THE PRIVACY POLICY BELOW.
ESCRYPTO reserves the right to change the Privacy Policy from time to time, in its sole discretion, but any change in the Privacy Policy will apply only to the use of the Site made after such change.

General use provisions.

ESCRYPTO is an online secured escrow for cryptocurrency used by sellers and customers from around the world.
When you complete a transaction using ESCRYPTO either as a buyer or a seller, the cryptocurrency is held on the secured blockchain until the transaction is completed.
Buyers transfer the cryptocurrency funds using a Multisig address provided by ESCRYPTO.
When you use the site, information about you is collected, as the end user. Some of the information identifies the end user personally, by name and address, the products that the end user has requested to purchase, the payment methods used by the end user, and more. This information is provided by the end user. Some of the information does not identify the end user personally, such as statistical information like the pages the end user viewed, the end user's viewed products, and other general information that does not identify the end user. ESCRYPTO assumes no responsibility for the use of information received by third parties, including the sellers displayed on ESCRYPTO that are not under the control of ESCRYPTO. In any case of doubt, the end user must review the privacy policy and terms of use of that third-party entity.
The information provided to ESCRYPTO may be verified against information about the end user already in possession of ESCRYPTO or against similar information provided to ESCRYPTO.

ESCRYPTO Transactions.

When you complete a transaction using ESCRYPTO either as a buyer or a seller, the cryptocurrency is held on the secured blockchain until the transaction is completed. Buyers transfer the cryptocurrency funds using a Multisig address provided by ESCRYPTO. Buyers are required to provide the following information to ESCRYPTO: public address of their bitcoin wallet, email address, mobile phone number. Sellers are required to provide the following information to ESCRYPTO: business contact information (such as address, email address, phone number etc.), public address of their bitcoin wallet. It is hereby clarified that the details that the end user is requested to provide is required directly for the purpose of completing the transaction, and without providing the said details, the end user will not be able to use the ESCRYPTO services.

Use of Information.

The use of information received from end users shall be in accordance with this Privacy Policy or pursuant to the provisions of any law, for the following purposes: improving the services and content offered on ESCRYPTO; modifying services and content on ESCRYPTO; enabling transactions by using ESCRYPTO; adjusting products and ads based on the end user's interests. ESCRYPTO automatically records all information received from the end user's browser on its servers, including the end user's IP address, as well as all pages visited by the end user. With the consent to the Privacy Policy, the end user agrees that such records will be made by ESCRYPTO for the following purposes: analyzing statistics (google analytics) for functionality and improvement; contacting the end user; allow the end user to re-use ESCRYPTO and purchase products on ESCRYPTO; prevent unauthorized or illegal use of ESCRYPTO; remarketing to the end user by using a tracking pixel and social widgets; send marketing or promotional material to the end user (whether by ESCRYPTO or by someone on its behalf) by e-mail, unless the end user specifies that he or she no longer wishes to receive such marketing or promotional material by clicking the option 'unsubscribe', which appears in every email sent by ESCRYPTO. after that, the contact information will be removed from the mailing list.

ESCRYPTO will not in any way sell, rent or otherwise transfer personal information about end users, in whole or in part, to any third party except as provided below.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, ESCRYPTO may disclose personal information about end user, in whole or in part, to any third party, subject to the fulfillment of one of the following conditions:
(1) ESCRYPTO received the consent of the end user to disclose this information;
(2) The disclosure of information or part thereof to certain parties is required in order to provide the services.
It is emphasized that these parties will have a limited right to use this information for the purpose for which ESCRYPTO provides the information only, including but not limited to the use of any service, tool such as a particular platform or software, etc. (3) When the information is required by law or, Including in the event that ESCRYPTO receives a judicial order instructing it to disclose the information of the end user to any third party, in the event of a legal dispute between the end user and ESCRYPTO that requires the disclosure of the end user's information; in the event that ESCRYPTO finds that the end user's actions violates the Terms of Use or the law, including any kind of fraudulent actions; in the event that ESCRYPTO shall in any manner transfer the activity of the site to another corporation or merge its activities with another entity, provided that the other entity accepts the provisions of the Privacy Policy.
